And who will be there in the audience on October 17th seeing these two live in concert? That would be me. My ownself. (With BFF Suzi, since we'll be down in the Bay Area for one of her medical junkets that week, anyway.)

I am crazy happy about this. I've always wanted to see both of them and have never had the chance. Dylan I figured I could catch some day, but Knopfler... the last time he was in northern California the tickets were $150 each. Which is just nuts, not to mention wildly out of my reach. I thought it was never going to happen.

But now it will. My musical soul is beaming.
