Sorry for the disappearing act. I would've got my flu shot this week, but I got the flu first. Oh, the irony. Bed, couch, huddling in misery, yadda etc and so forth. This, too, shall pass. *handwave*

Oh, man, I forgot all about it. Fever & body aches crowd out pretty much everything else from my brain, apparently. Bleah. At least the worst is over now, I think; at least the fever seems to have broken and is heading for normal(ish).

It did! It really did! :-D

Was he a bit nervous, do you think? I thought I might have heard a wee bit of stress in his voice, though it seemed to settle by the end. I thought he was wonderful -- and he did great in the chat segments, too, really charming and funny. And he made me cry with "Nowhere to Be Found." (Not for the first time.)

I absolutely think he was nervous. I could hear it in his voice. ::is fond:: I'm really, really glad he had Buffalo there with him. Buff is the nicest, most down to earth guy on the planet, and John trusts him completely. I know it helped a LOT to have him there.

He's doing really well with all of these interviews and little chat things and all! All of his surrogate moms were gathered together on FB, being all happy all the way through it. ::proud::
