trobadora is starting a reread of the series, one book a week in (mostly) chronological order, with discussions to follow for each, and anyone interested is invited to come over and play.
Reading Shards of Honor begins today, to be followed by Barrayar. After that, the sequence will jump back to chronological order with Dreamweaver's Dilemma, Falling Free, and so on.
If you've read them recently and don't want to reread, no worries. Just come join in on the discussions.

ETA: ...and the reason I haven't started is that I'm looking forward to them. I do this all the time--I hoard things up, as if there will somehow be a dearth of good books and fic in the future. Which I doubt, and in any case, I love rereading things anyway, so it's not exactly a rational impulse. : )
